Batman: Damned #1 (DC: Black Label) ★★★★★ Writer: Brain Azzarello / Art: Lee Bermejo / Colors: Lee Bermejo Beautifully written by Brian Azzarello with gorgeously gritty art by Lee Bermejo, the story hooks you straight away and doesn’t let go. I almost didn’t buy this book – that would have been a big mistake.
